介紹：這部貌似簡單而帶有記錄風(fēng)格的影片描繪出巴勒斯坦愛國電影人Elia Suleiman的個(gè)人尋根之旅。影片分成兩部分。第一部分記錄下拿撒勒古城中荒謬而寂靜的阿拉伯地區(qū)。第二部分則用一種相對政治化的眼光觀察這個(gè)城市，而Elia Suleiman在這部分扮演較為積極的角色。他來到自己的出生地找尋靈感，但他所看到的卻是阿拉伯人民深陷在文化身份危機(jī)中的一幅幅凄慘的畫面。最為顯著的一個(gè)例子：一位阿拉伯少女想要在自己的城鎮(zhèn)里獲得比傳統(tǒng)婦女更獨(dú)立的地位，然而卻因?yàn)榫幼≡讵q太區(qū)的居民懷有偏見而無法實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Director's Note: The clash between love and law is also the clash between breathless running and paralysis. One pushes Shlomi to defect from war-torn Gaza to Tel Aviv, to his beloved's arms. The other threatens both his existence and the world around him.
